How To Have A Hands Free Ejaculation

A hands free orgasm is when you reach sexual climax without masturbating or having sexual touch with a partner. This can be a hands free ejaculation, or a woman’s orgasm as well. While a hands free orgasm is done without touch, it can be done with a partner present, and assisting in the orgasm. Just not with physical touch. There are several different ways to achieve a hands free orgasm, including hypnosis, meditation, talking and listening, kegels exercises, muscle clenching, breathing exercises, mental stimulation, and more. How To Hands Free Hypnosis Orgasm Hypnosis is used for a number of psychological reasons, and orgasm is one of them. To reach a hypnosis orgasm, you must first find a trusted method of hypnosis. The most common, and effective method, is through an erotic hypnosis audio track. People with soothing voices record erotic hypnosis instructions that slowly hypnotize you into accepting an alternate state of mind. Through this process you will be hypnotized to the point that you can become sexually stimulated from their voice and instructions, and eventually even orgasm. These ejaculations can be especially powerful. You can also do this audio method of hypnosis ejaculation with a person that is speaking to you. With either method, make sure you’re in a safe, comfortable place, as you can be mentally vulnerable while under hypnosis, even if it’s just an audio track you’re listening to. Some people also use soothing music, commonly used in massage and meditation. Exercises like kegels can help with a hands free orgasm, as the pelvic muscles are what’s being used to become more sexually stimulated, and eventually orgasm. Aside from kegels, breathing exercises and meditation can help as well to bring yourself deeper into the hypnosis state. What Is An Uncontrollable Orgasm An “uncontrollable orgasm” can mean a couple of different things. One, and the most likely, is an orgasm that comes about without your explicit intention at that time. More simply put, while under hypnosis, the person hypnotizing you chooses when and how you orgasm, rather than you choosing yourself. The other meaning is an orgasm that is so powerful that you’re unable to control yourself during it. This powerful uncontrollable orgasm can cause you to writhe, moan, twist, and more uncontrollable physical movements. One method to increase the power of your orgasm is edging. This involves becoming extremely sexually stimulated to the point of orgasm, and then stopping stimulation before you actually orgasm. You can repeat this process as much as needed. Is It Possible To Hands Free Cum While hypnosis is the most reliable method, some people are expert practitioners of kegels, and other forms of meditation involving control of the pelvic muscles. Cumming from your mind’s stimulation alone is definitely possible, but it’s difficult. You need to be extremely focused and relaxed, and able to ignore any distractions from the outside world.  So yes, it's possible to hands free cum, but it takes practice. You likely won't be able to do it your first try. Much like meditation, it takes practice. Keep at it, and you will improve. How To Cum Without Masturbating The first thing to do when preparing to orgasm without masturbating is to prepare your setting. A quiet, comfortable place is best. Prepare your bed and pull the curtains. If you like scented candles that’s a great option. Incense can be nice as well. Some people play soft music during their hands free cum sessions, but if you’re using an erotic hypnosis audio track you’ll want that to be the only thing you can hear. Some quality over-ear headphones will work best, and noise canceling headphones are even better to make sure the hands free hypnosis track is all you can hear when you’re working toward cumming. While ejaculating is the goal for most people, it's not always possible. it's best to just enjoy the ride. Hands Free Orgasm For Women Though we've mostly talked about hands free ejaculation for men, cumming hands free is also possible for women. Many of the same techniques work for both men and women, including breathing techniques, meditation, hypnosis, and more. One methods that works especially well for women is kegel exercises. The ability to control your pelvic muscles is essential for a hands free orgasm, and women are able to do this quite well. If you've already done meditation, breathing exercises, and kegels, it might be time to see if you can get close to a hands free orgasm with an erotic hypnosis audio track. How To Hands Free Orgasm With Meditation It is possible for some people to experience an orgasm through meditation, but it is not something that can be achieved by everyone. Orgasms are a complex physical and psychological response that can be influenced by a variety of factors, including physical arousal, emotional and mental state, and individual differences in biology and neurology. Some people may be able to experience an orgasm through meditation by focusing on their breath, thoughts, and physical sensations in their body. They can use visualization and other mindfulness techniques to increase their sense of pleasure and relaxation. It is important to note that meditation is not a guaranteed path to orgasm, and it is not something that can be achieved by simply trying to will it to happen. If you are interested in exploring the potential for orgasm through meditation, it can be helpful to start by learning some basic meditation techniques and practicing them regularly. You may find it helpful to work with a therapist or other trained professional who can provide guidance and support as you explore this practice.

What is Hyperspermia?

Hyperspermia is a condition where a male produces an abnormally large amount of semen or ejaculate volume. This is the opposite of Hypospermia, where a male has a reduced, or unusually low semen volume. Though Hyperspermia is a rare medical condition, it's possible to reach hyperspermia levels of ejaculation through natural methods, and achieve the above-average levels of semen volume, which is generally considered to not be over 5ml of ejaculate fluid (1). How Common Is Hyperspermia? Hyperspermia isn't necessarily a medical condition that warrants concern in most cases. For this reason, it's rarely diagnosed. There are very few studies on hyperspermia, but those that exist classify hyperspermia as a male that ejaculates more than 5.5ml of semen. Some studies have this lower level as high as 6.3ml of semen. From that study: "The seminal volumes of 4223 men with known periods of abstinence of ejaculation, complete collections and with no dysfunction known to affect production of accessory gland secretions have been examined to define a minimum value for hyperspermia. The 95th percentile of the skewed data distribution was 6.3 ml and of the 229 men with values equal to or greater than this, 113 (49.3%) had sperm concentrations below the World Health Organization accepted minimum 'normal' value of 20 x 10(6)/ml. Basic seminal parameters should not be forgotten when assessing infertile men." A 2013 study on hyperspermia noted that less than 4% of men can be classified as having hyperspermia (2). How To Develop Hyperspermia? The causes of hyperspermia are mostly genetic, but there are some things a male can do to potentially reach the levels of semen volume that could be considered hyperspermia. As semen is mostly water, being hydrated is the #1 factor that could play a role in inducing hyperspermia. Without proper hydration, your body will not have the water it needs to produce enough semen. Aside from hydration, there are supplements and nutrients that are known to increase semen volume and sperm health. These four are the most widely used and scientifically proven to increase cum from ejaculation: Pygeum Zinc L-Citrulline Lecithin There are other nutrients that have anecdotal claims to increasing cum loads, like Vitamin E, but these lack supporting scientific evidence. What Is Hypospermia? Hypospermia is the opposite of hyperspermia, which means that a male is producing much lower than average amounts of ejaculate fluid. While this doesn't necessarily mean that a male with hypospermia would have a lower sperm count, it's much more likely that a male with hypospermia would have a lower sperm count than an average male. If your goal is to increase your sperm count, a good place to start would be analyzing why your semen volume may be lower than average. From the 2013 study mentioned above: "In more than 90% of cases male infertility is due to either low sperm count or poor semen quality or combination of the two. Recent data confirm the decline in semen quality and quantity all over the world probably due to increased prevalence of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and urogenital infections." Medications That Cause Hyperspermia As stated above, there are a few nutritional supplements that could increase semen volume to levels that could be considered hyperspermia. Those nutrients aside, any medications that have an effect on the prostate, testicles, or male hormones could effect the amount of ejaculate fluid produced when cumming. Some examples include, antidepressants, hormone based therapy, like testosterone (TRT), and drugs that target the prostate. Is Hyperspermia Porn Real? An increasingly popular pornography category is hyperspermia. Like many porn-related things on the internet, the increased cum loads you see in these videos are often faked using homemade semen substitutes, or a fake penis altogether. If you're seeing massive ejaculations in porn, some are real, massive loads, but know that they're not all real. ✔️ References 1. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/7769063/ 2. https://www.jpma.org.pk/PdfDownload/4171.pdf

Semen Retention Benefits

Semen retention is the practice of avoiding ejaculation, either through conscious effort or by avoiding sexual activity altogether. Some people practice semen retention for spiritual or personal reasons, while others believe it has health benefits. In more rare instances, people also practice semen retention as part of tantric sex practices. The VB Health medical experts look into the semen retention timeline, and potential benefits.   What Is Semen Retention?   Semen retention is the practice of avoiding and/or postponing ejaculation. Semen retention is practiced for physical, mental, spiritual, and personal reasons, while some believe it has health benefits. Some people also practice semen retention as part of tantric sex practices, edging, and other ejaculation focused sexual practices.   Semen Retention Benefits   Some people claim that semen retention can increase testosterone levels, improve athletic performance, improve mental clarity, improve confidence, and enhance feelings of vitality and well-being. Unfortunately semen retention has not been studied much, so there isn't a lot of scientific data available. We'll cover the relevant studies in the next section.   Aside from potential mental and spiritual benefits, many men practice semen retention to increase the volume of their ejaculations.   Avoiding ejaculation for extended periods of time can lead to physical discomfort. Another result of semen retention can be increased nocturnal emissions, or "wet dreams."   Science Behind Semen Retention   In 2018, researchers conducted a systemic review of studies on the length of ejaculatory abstinence and semen characteristics. They noted the varied quality and limited nature of existing studies. Evidence suggests that an abstinence period of less than a day, rather than a longer abstinence period, is linked to improvement in sperm motility (1). In a 2007 animal study, researchers found that androgen receptors in the brain, which help your body make use of testosterone, were lower with frequent masturbation (2). In a small 2003 study, researchers documented a link between ejaculation and changes in serum testosterone levels. Among the 28 volunteers, testosterone levels peaked on the seventh day of abstinence (3). A small 2001 study found elevated testosterone levels in participants who abstained from masturbation for three weeks (4). In a 2000 study of male athletes, researchers found that sexual activity didn’t have a detrimental effect on athletic performance, but having intercourse two hours before a competition could (5).   Does Semen Retention Increase Testosterone   There have not been many scientific studies on the relationship between semen retention and testosterone levels. One study does shed a little light on the situation:   In a small 2003 study, researchers documented a link between ejaculation and changes in serum testosterone levels. Among the 28 volunteers, testosterone levels peaked on the seventh day of abstinence (3).     Semen Retention Timeline   Scientific insights and research give us a better idea of what individuals might realistically expect throughout the semen retention timeline.   First Few Days (1-7 days): Initial Adjustment In the initial days, physiological and psychological shifts are relatively subtle. According to a 2022 study published in the journal Andrologia, testosterone levels can temporarily spike, peaking around day seven (a study from Zhejiang University reported a 45% increase in testosterone by day 7). This boost might translate to a mild increase in energy, alertness, and libido (Jiang et al., 2022).   Week Two (7-14 days): Increased Vitality and Focus By the second week, individuals often report heightened focus, vitality, and motivation. A 2018 observational survey by the Indian Journal of Psychiatry noted improved mood and reduced anxiety among individuals practicing semen retention for approximately two weeks, attributing these psychological changes to stabilized dopamine and serotonin levels.   Weeks Three to Four (14-28 days): Peak Benefits and Challenges Weeks three and four typically bring the most significant noticeable benefits—clearer thinking, sustained energy, and emotional resilience. Conversely, some individuals experience heightened sexual tension or frustration. A 2020 online survey reported that roughly 65% of respondents practicing semen retention for over three weeks felt significantly more energized, yet around 30% also reported increased irritability (Semen Retention Online Survey, 2020).   One Month and Beyond: Long-Term Impact Semen retention beyond one month is less frequently studied in rigorous scientific settings, though anecdotal and preliminary observational evidence suggest continued benefits such as increased confidence and heightened emotional control.   Benefits Of Not Ejaculating For 7 Days   Many men report feelings of increased confidence and sexual desire after going 1 week without ejaculating. Claims of increased testosterone levels still need more research to be proven.   Some men may experience symptoms such as discomfort in the testicles, a feeling of fullness or pressure in the prostate gland, or the production of a clear, white fluid that is not semen. These symptoms are usually temporary and resolve on their own once ejaculation occurs.   Benefits Of Not Ejaculating For A Year   Not ejaculating for an entire year would cause a man to have a massively increased amount of wet dreams.   Wet dreams, also known as nocturnal emissions or sleep orgasms, are involuntary ejaculations that occur during sleep. They are a normal part of human sexual development and can happen to men and women of all ages.   Wet dreams are thought to be related to the body's natural processes for eliminating excess sperm and sexual arousal. They often occur during the stage of sleep known as rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, when the body is most relaxed and the brain is active.   Wet dreams are not uncommon and do not usually indicate a problem. They may be more common in adolescents and young adults, but they can occur at any age. Wet dreams are not typically associated with any particular cause, and they do not usually require treatment.   ✔️ References   1. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5641453/   2. https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Alonso-Fernandez-Guasti/publication/6536830_Relationship_between_Sexual_Satiety_and_Brain_Androgen_Receptors/links/54b6c2970cf2e68eb27f0321/Relationship-between-Sexual-Satiety-and-Brain-Androgen-Receptors.pdf   3. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12659241/   4. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11760788/   5. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11125766/

Does Drinking Cum Help Your Thyroid?

In an episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian said that her and Travis Barker's were having fertility issues.  Kourtney underwent tests that showed that her thyroid levels were off. Her doctor gave the couple an unusual solution - Kourtney was to drink Travis's semen four times per week. What's the Thyroid? Your thyroid is a small, butterfly-shaped gland located towards the front of your neck under your skin. It’s a part of your endocrine system and controls many of your body’s important functions by producing and releasing (secreting) certain hormones.  Your thyroid’s main job is to control the speed of your metabolism (metabolic rate), which is the process of how your body transforms the food you consume into energy. All of the cells in your body need energy to function. When your thyroid isn’t working properly, it can impact your entire body. How is semen related to the Thyroid? You're probably wondering how drinking cum could possibly be related to your Thyroid. It's a great question - let's dive in. An excess or deficit of thyroid hormones results in changes in the function of your testicles including sperm abnormalities and reduced semen volume.  Hyperthyroidism and Semen Hyperthyroidism is an excess of thyroid hormones. It's been associated with reduced semen volume and reduced sperm density, motility, and morphology. Hypothyroidism and Semen Hypothyroidism is a reduced amount of thyroid hormones. It's typically associated with reduced sperm morphology.  Does Drinking Cum Help Your Thyroid? In an episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian once revealed that she and husband Travis Barker were having fertility troubles.  Kourtney underwent tests to find the root cause of their difficulty conceiving and discovered her thyroid levels were off. Their doctor gave the couple an unusual solution: Kourtney was to drink Travis's semen four times per week to improve her thyroid levels and increase her chances of getting pregnant. So... does this strange suggestion have any truth to it? No. There is no link between swigging semen and improving fertility in women. This is according to Gareth Nye, Ph.D., a lecturer of physiology at Chester Medical School in England who specializes in maternal and fetal health. It's unclear if or why Kardashian's doctor would allegedly make this recommendation when there is no research to support the claim. The Benefits of Drinking Semen As for the overall health benefits of guzzling semen, there's a lack of research in this area, too. Semen contains fructose, magnesium, calcium, zinc, potassium and other components, so in some ways it's reasonable to assume that there's some benefit in consuming it. Semen doesn't contain enough of these nutrients to be your sole source of vitamins and minerals, so it's more like a healthy snack. There are also claims semen has mood-boosting, stress-relieving and anxiety-reducing benefits, but there's not enough evidence to support these claims. Sex itself can certainly increase mood and reduce stress.  The good news is that despite the lack of evidence for many of the claimed benefits of drinking semen, it isn't harmful unless you're allergic to it, so you're unlikely to have any adverse effects from ingesting your partner's ejaculate. Keep in mind that semen can carry STDs, so make sure to practice safe sex. References 1. Thyroid dysfunction and semen quality, Sandro La Vignera and Roberto Vita

Why Is My Semen Yellow?

Semen is made up of a number of a number of substances including sperm cells, mucus, proteins, sugars (fructose), and enzymes. The color of semen can vary from person to person, but the most common and healthy colors of semen are white, clear, gray, or somewhere in between those three. Alternate colors of semen aren't necessarily indicative of health issues, but they can be. If your semen is a strange color, you may want to see a doctor depending on the color, consistency, and other factors.   What Color Should Semen Be   The most common and healthy colors of semen are white, clear, gray, or somewhere in between those three. Yellow, brown, and red are other commonly reported colors, but could be a sign of a potential health issue. It's difficult to tell on your own, so you will need a semen analysis by a medical professional, and possibly a prostate exam.   Why Is My Cum Yellow   Age - Semen can change colors and shades as you age. Age may also change the volume of ejaculate. Diet - Foods that are acidic or contain sulfur, like garlic, pickles, onions, and asparagus. Smoking/Drugs - Smoking has an effect on most mucus, semen included. Urine - If urine remains in your urethra it can color your semen. Withholding Ejaculation - "Older" semen can be a different color than fresh semen. If you don't ejaculate for a long time, don't be surprised by a change. Medical Issues - Prostate and bladder issues can cause semen color changes. Other ejaculation related conditions can change color as well. Vasectomy - Though uncommon, getting a vasectomy can change your ejaculations and potentially your semen color.   Another potential cause of yellow semen is Jaundice. Jaundice is a medical condition where an excess of bilirubin builds up in the blood. Bilirubin is a waste by-product of your body breaking down red blood cells. Waste cells are broken down by the liver, but if your liver cannot handle the bilirubin it builds up in the body. Because bilirubin is yellow, it may also cause a yellow hue in the whites of the eyes, skin, mucus membranes, and semen.   Yellow semen can be perfectly normal, but if you're having symptoms of other issues it could be an indicator of something more.   Why Is My Cum Brown   If your cum is red or brown it could mean there is blood in your semen. Another potential cause of red or brown semen can be prostate issues, prostatis, prostate, testicular, or urethral cancer.    Prostatitis refers to a group of syndromes that cause pain and infection in the prostate. Prostatitis has four types:   Acute bacterial prostatitis - UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) in the prostate gland. Chronic bacterial prostatitis - Recurring UTI caused by bacteria trapped in the prostate gland. Chronic pelvic pain syndrome- Chronic pain condition caused by prostate gland inflammation Asymptomatic inflammatory prostatitis - Type of prostate gland inflammation that rarely cause symptoms.   Since the cause of red or brown semen can vary so greatly, the only way to know for sure is to see a doctor.   How To Treat Yellow Semen   Treatment for yellow semen will depend on what is causing your yellow semen, and as you saw above, it can be a number of things.. Some causes, such as aging, do not need treatment. If your treatment is caused by food, medications, smoking, or supplements, your semen should return to a normal color after the item you ingested is out of your system.   Other conditions, such as sexually transmitted diseases and other infections, may require treatment with antibiotics or antiviral medications. Researching which ones of these options might apply to you can help you narrow down what might be causing your semen to be yellow. Like with all issues related to your penis, testicles, or prostate you will want to see a medical professional.   ✔️ References   1. https://www.webmd.com/sex-relationships/how-many-nutrients-are-in-semen   2. https://www.webmd.com/men/what-to-know-about-yellow-semen   3. https://www.healthline.com/health/mens-health/semen-color-chart#semen-color-chart
