ENERGY BOOST contains a carefully formulated blend of Caffeine, Dynamine, B-vitamins, Amino Acids, Creatine, and Beta-Alanine.

These ingredients improve physical and mental energy levels, improve focus, and improve mood. They also boost exercise performance by improving reaction time, increasing muscular endurance, and delaying fatigue.

Overall, Energy Boost's ingredients work together to create a high powered energy supplement that gives you powerful energy like coffee and other caffeinated drinks, but without the jitters and crash that many experience from these energy boosting supplements.

Caffeine increases intracellular concentrations of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), which is key messenger molecule for the cellular energy production process in the body. cAMP works by inhibiting phosphodiesterase enzymes in skeletal muscle and adipose tissues. These actions promote lipolysis via the activation of hormone-sensitive lipases with the release of free fatty acids and glycerol. The increased availability of these fuels in skeletal muscle reduces the consumption of muscle glycogen.

Caffeine has several other mechanisms of action that lend to its ability to improve strength, promote muscle endurance, and enhance anaerobic performance. For more information, including research from the United States Military which concluded that soldiers would benefit from caffeine supplements, check out our sources linked at the bottom of the page.

Dynamine energizes your brain and body by preventing adenosine from binding to receptors in your brain. This prevents your body from getting tired or fatigued using a similar mechanism to caffeine. Dynamine also inhibits the reuptake of the neurotransmitter dopamine by blocking dopamine transporter proteins.

Dynamine tames the quick and and sometimes jittery energy boost that comes from caffeine. Additionally, Dynamine has a synergistic effect with caffeine molecules that increases the energetic effects of both molecules. This means that you get powerful, prolonged energy without the jitters and anxiousness that happen from taking caffeine alone.

GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid)

Oral gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) supplementation increases growth hormone (GH) serum levels and protein synthesis both at rest and post-exercise. Growth hormone is your body’s natural signaling compound designed to make tissues grow, especially skeletal muscle. Therefore, supplementation using GABA may help enhance training-induced muscle hypertrophy.

B Vitamins

B1 (Thiamine)

Thiamin plays a major role in energy production, particularly the way your body uses glycogen and breaks down branched-chain amino acids, effectively regulating blood sugar levels. By reaching appropriate levels of thiamine, you can benefit from improved overall energy metabolism and endurance. Thiamine helps make food into energy, helps with muscle contraction, and supports normal nervous system function.

B2 (Riboflavin)

Riboflavin helps your body break down the protein, carbohydrates, and fats that you eat. Also important in growth and reproduction in red blood cells. Red blood cells are responsible for carrying oxygen to and removing carbon dioxide from your muscles and other tissues.

B3 (Niacin)

Niacin assists in the function of your skin, digestive system, and nerves. Niacin also supports cellular energy production as well as promotes good cholesterol (HDL) while aiding to decrease bad cholesterol (LDL). An added bonus of B3 is it is a building block for serotonin, a hormone related to happiness.

B5 (Pantothenic Acid)

Pantothenic acid is necessary for the body to be able to produce hormones like testosterone and breakdown carbohydrates for energy. Once ingested B5 is converted to Coenzyme A, a catalyst necessary for prolonged energy release from ingested foods. B5 has also been shown to aid in regulation of cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride)

Pyridoxine metabolizes amino acids from food, creates new red blood cells, and helps create serotonin, melatonin, and norepinephrine. B6 and B12 work in the same metabolic cycle to decrease harmful free radicals in your body and produce vital building blocks for DNA and other essential cell organelles and enzymes necessary for cell replication, enhancing muscle growth and recovery time.

B12 (Methylcobalamin)

Cobalamin is an important coenzyme for folate, a key step in the creation of red blood cells and regulation of iron. This action makes B12 a key player in muscle growth. B12 also regulates your central nervous system.

Citrulline works by catalyzing nitric oxide (NO) production. NO acts as a vasodilator by increasing blood flow, which allows your muscles to get the nutrients they need. Citrulline has been shown to boost muscle enduranceminimize muscle soreness, and enhance aerobic performance.

Citrulline has similar effects as the better-known but less effective, L-arginine. Citrulline is a better choice than L-arginine for this purpose because in addition to being better absorbed, Citrulline has a more consistently effective response for NO production in the body.

Beta-alanine is a unique amino acid in that it's not used to make protein, but rather helps to delay fatigue during intense exercise. Once ingested, beta-alanine is converted into carnosine, an important muscle-buffering compound that helps to prevent the accumulation of hydrogen ions in your muscles. In other words, it reduces lactic acid accumulation

Other notable effects from this ingredient include: reduction of fatigue associated with exercise, improvement in anaerobic capacity and an increase in lean muscle mass when paired with a proper exercise routine.

Betaine is gaining more and more popularity among athletes these days for good reason: research shows that betaine supplementation can boost muscle endurance and increase strength. The mechanism of how it accomplishes this isn’t fully understood, but there are several hypotheses being investigated. The one currently considered most correct relates to the “cellular swelling” effect of betaine, which protects cells from exercise-induced damage and thus improves performance.

Creatine is one of the only supplements on the market that’s proven to directly accelerate muscle growth. Decades of scientific research has conclusively proven that supplementation with creatine improves overall strength, builds muscle, increases anaerobic endurance, and minimizes the muscle damage and soreness resulting from exercise.

It was once thought that creatine may cause kidney damage in otherwise healthy individuals but this has been thoroughly debunked. People with pre-existing kidney damage, however, should avoid creatine supplementation.Try Energy Boost Today!
